Booking & Cancellation Policy

Bookings for Nick X Magic performances are confirmed only after written confirmation and receipt of the agreed booking amount or deposit. Event dates are reserved exclusively for the client once confirmation has been completed.

Any changes to event details must be communicated in advance and are subject to availability.

Cancellations made close to the event date may result in the forfeiture of the booking amount.

In the unlikely event that Nick X Magic must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule the performance or offer an alternative arrangement where possible.

Event organizers are responsible for ensuring suitable performance conditions, venue arrangements, and audience safety.
